Accountability

Governance, Research & MEAL

Accountability is not a department. It is how we work.

Governance Systems

An independent Board of Directors, defined organogram, clear delegation of authority, and quarterly governance reviews.

Policies

Safeguarding, PSEAH, Code of Conduct, Anti-Fraud, Conflict of Interest, Data Protection, and HR policies — reviewed annually.

Board & Leadership

A multi-disciplinary board with expertise in mental health, humanitarian response, finance and community development.

MEAL Systems

Theory of Change, indicator framework, beneficiary feedback channels, and quarterly learning reviews drive adaptive programming.

Research & Learning

We invest in operational research, needs assessments and evidence reviews to inform mental health programming in low-resource, post-conflict contexts.

Reports & Audits

Annual reports, audited financial statements, and donor reports are produced on schedule and shared with stakeholders.
